Pacquet's support does not stop when you leave the workshop. With the assembly file provided by the QHSE manager, our assembly technicians have all the information they need to properly manage an on-site assignment from beginning to end:
- Safety plan
- Safety reception details
- Machine order receipt report
- Information for taking on the responsibility of a system
- Site-specific requirements and constraints
- Risk analysis
- Validated plans of the equipment to be assembled and photos
- Acceptance report countersigned by the customer at the end of the project
TRACEABILITY OF PACQUET'S LOADING ARMS AND GANGWAYS
The quality of the recording and archiving of the equipment is a priority. As a designer-manufacturer of loading and unloading arms and tanker top access gangways, the company guarantees the traceability of its delivered and commissioned loading arms and loading systems.
Each piece of equipment includes the following:
- A personalised product nomenclature
- A unique serial number
- A heavy-duty manufacturer's plate bearing the Pacquet name, screwed directly to the facility
