  • “The employer shall implement the measures provided for in article L. 4121-1 on the basis of the following general safety principles: Safety principle no. 8 – Take collective protection measures by giving them priority over individual protection measures;” Article L4121-2
  • Temporary work at height must be carried out according to a work plan which has been designed, installed or equipped in such a way as to preserve the health and safety of workers, while also allowing work to be carried out in ergonomic conditions.”  Article R4323-58
  • The prevention of falls from a height from a work surface is provided: either by integrated or securely fastened rigid and suitably robust guardrails […], or by any other means that provide an equivalent level of safety.” Article R4323-59
